SHIPPING

 

Sweden Standard Delivery: For delivery in Sweden, the shipment cost is 49 SEK per order. If you order for more than 1500 SEK in Sweden, the shipment cost is free.

 

International Shipping: The cost for International Shipping will be added depending on weight, maximum  € 50.00. Customs, import tax, and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur are on the customer to pay.

 

Information on the site should only be considered as illustrations. These illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the number of items you receive or the exact appearance, functions or origin of the product. If a K9 distributor/ shop is not represented in your country we will ship from Sweden.

 

 

 

 

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Returns

We accept returns. Private customers, according to the Distance Contract Act, are entitled to 14 days' right of withdrawal. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

 

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

 

Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact using the contact form.

DELIVERIES

 

Orders made before 12.00 on non-holiday weekday processed the same day and are typically delivered within 1-4  business days within Sweden. International orders may be delivered within 2-7 business days. Business days are referred to as Monday-Friday.

 

We reserve the right for all inventory items to be sold out before we can update the website, and we inform the customers about the estimated delivery time

 

Product delays

Delivery delays arise from our suppliers except for our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfil its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. Should this happen, we will waive our liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. As a customer always the right to cancel the purchase at no cost when delivery delay.

Buy

When ordering, a purchase agreement will only be reached when www.k9proshop.com confirms the order. An order confirmation is sent no later than 3 days after the order has been received by us. You always have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are shipped. K9 Competition AB has ownership rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us you must be 18 years old.

 

Prices
